Tracking your food and drink intake can be a very effective way of making sure that you're not overeating and you're getting enough of the right nutrients. Below are some resources for tracking your calorie intake:

Reno County Food Policy Advisory Board

The Reno County Food Policy Advisory Board is committed to improving access to healthy foods and beverages in Reno County. They work to provide resources for county residents and local farmers/producers. 

Regular meeting schedules are currently every other month. 

The next meeting will be held on January 25, 2023, at 4pm at the Reno County Health Department, 209 W. Second Ave.
