Reno County District Court is the 27th Judicial District of Kansas. The court has general original jurisdiction over all civil and criminal cases, including divorce and domestic relations, damage suits, probate and administration of estates, guardianships, conservatorships, care of the mentally ill, juvenile matters, and small claims.

By order of the Kansas Supreme Court, the District Court Offices of Reno County, the 27th Judicial District, are closed pending further order of the Supreme Court
Essential emergency hearings will be handled on a case by case basis and you will be notified by district court staff if a hearing is scheduled or will be heard.
