Payments for Environmental Division
We require all paperwork and fees to be submitted PRIOR to all appointments, unless prior arrangements have been made.
You may call 620-259-2105, option 6 for debit/credit card or electronic check payment. (Note: There will be an additional fee added to payment)

Checks, Cash, Money Orders, Debit/Credit Cards* and Electronic Checks (eChecks)* are accepted.
Reno County uses the State of Kansas payment processing system for Credit, Debit, and Electronic Check processing. “State of Kansas” will show as the vendor on the bank statement.
Secure Online Payment*Credit/Debit cards require an additional 2.5% processing fee
*Electronic Checks (eChecks) require an additional $1.50 per check
Returned checks, eChecks, credit or debit card payments are assessed an additional $30 return processing fee. If returned, payment will be expected to be paid by cash or money order within 10 days.
*The owner-applicant, with or without professional assistance, is solely responsible in determining what systems to use in meeting Reno County Code requirements. County staff may answer questions regarding code compliance and give examples or suggestions only.
