As of June 1, 2010 the Reno County Health Department and the Planning, Zoning, and Utilities Department have entered into an inter-office agreement regarding the issuance of building permits.  In order for the Planning Department to issue a building permit, the Health Department must first sign off on the proposed building project.  Click Here for more information.
