"...No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer such fireworks for sale to individuals in the unincorporated territory of Reno County before the 30th day of June or after the 4th of July.  Hours of sale shall not be before 8:00 a.m. nor after 11:00 p.m. on said days..."

Discharge of fireworks:

"...Such fireworks may be discharged in the unincorporated areas of Reno County from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on the 30th of June through July 4th each year..."
